Practices need to stay informed on what is needed to submit clean claims.  The largest fault that we are coming across is the major inadequacies in information from the front desk when the patient is face to face with a staff member.

This is an area that truly needs training and some good solid assistance. Lets face it, front desk does not do billing procedures, therefore, they are not aware of what is necessary to get this claim paid.

AMCC is prepared to come in and train staff on what is needed to increase the integrity of the practice revenue.
